Terms of Service
The ModWash Operations Platform (modwash-int.com), operated by Sudslink LLC. Effective August 2, 2026; updated September 4, 2026.
1. The service
The ModWash Operations Platform is business software built and operated by Sudslink LLC for ModWash car-wash locations: work-order management, incident alerting, device monitoring, digital menu boards, remote support and customer-care tooling. Access is restricted to authorized ModWash personnel and Sudslink LLC staff. By signing in you agree to these terms and to use the platform only for legitimate ModWash business.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- Credentials are personal; do not share logins, PINs or authenticator codes.
- Use customer data only to serve the customer’s own request.
- No attempt to probe, disrupt, or access data beyond your role’s permissions.
3. Text-messaging programs
Sudslink LLC operates two messaging programs on behalf of ModWash from its registered business numbers, described in full in the SMS Messaging Terms:
- Customer Care Follow-Ups (from +1 254-277-1663) — one-to-one, case-related texts to ModWash customers who enrolled on the enrollment page, by asking a customer-care representative, or by texting START, and confirmed by replying YES.
- Employee Operational Alerts (from +1 567-704-3663) — work-order assignments, site-down incidents, support links, checklist reminders and heads-up notices before automated support calls, sent to ModWash staff who voluntarily enrolled through the same three paths and confirmed by replying YES.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel at any time; START re-subscribes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under these programs, and consent is never a condition of any purchase, service or employment.
4. Privacy
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. In particular: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third party.
5. Availability and changes
The platform is provided “as is” for internal business use; maintenance windows and updates may interrupt availability. Sudslink LLC may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
